As all our jobs are custom made (built especially for you) it generally takes between 4-8 weeks from site measure to complete a house lot of windows and doors depending on our workload, size and type of your job. We are more than happy to talk to you about your time lines for your order.

We would normally supply the window frame with the glass, if you have a reason to supply your own glass come and talk to the team about your requirements.
Thermal Heart technology incorporates a thermal break between the aluminium exterior and interior elements, resulting in windows and doors that are 20% more efficient than standard double glazed products. An additional benefit is the ability to have dual colours - a different colour for interior and exterior.
Note: Thermal Heart products have a thermal break within the system, and in direct sunlight the temperature on the external facing of the product may become very high, relative to inside. There is a potential for the system to experience slight bowing and doors may have difficulty closing smoothly. We stress that this is only a temporary effect and the system will revert back to its normal shape as the aluminium cools. This effect is primarily in dark colours, so it can be minimised by selecting lighter external colours or increasing the shade in the area.

It does depend on the exact product make up in your house. To upgrade to our Thermal Heart Residential Series, it is generally 15-20% more than standard Altherm Residential Series. But remember to talk to us about the features and benefits of Thermal Heart in regards to your project.
Yes we can. Let us know if we should include them in our quote. We can either cut them to length or provide them for you to cut on site.
We can include head flashings but it depends on your cladding and what your house plans specify. If you are unsure, talk to one of our project managers.
Yes we supply window catches on all our windows. We have four main styles of window and door hardware. Check out our Miro, Urbo, Icon and Elemental hardware either in our showroom or click here to go to view the range online. We do not supply window catches individually.
