Cawthron Institute

This project was entirely a design and build project. Working with the contractor our Nelson team ensured the project specific requirements were met. They then set about considering anything additional they could offer to improve both the function, usability and performance of the building. The entire project was upgraded to include double glazing for the windows and doors and incorporate large indoor / outdoor flow for the staff area.

This Nelson institution proves a fantastic platform for the regions scientific community and we were proud to work with them to achieve an incredible building to help them in the future.
