Mosgiel New Build

The brief for this new build was for easy flowing outdoor living and it needed to be light, bright, and airy.
It started at the entry with an oversized entry door and full height side windows to flood the entry foyer with light. A range of Sliding, Stacking and French doors were used to provide this, along with some large picture windows. The windows and doors selected help to create light filled open spaces in all areas.

The sliding and stacking doors create seamless flow out to the decked area. While the French doors out of the master bedroom give the feeling of a holiday get away.

The charcoal joinery contrasts nicely with the natural cedar and light plaster cladding. Special attention was given to allow the tiles in the bathroom areas to finish directly into the windows.

Keeping the standards high and having an efficient and comfortable house was the reasons behind using the Low-E double glazing.
