A modern take on a traditional design sees the first floor of this structure floating effortlessly over the open plan living area. Large APL Architectural over wall sliding panels open completely, letting the outside in removing any sense of structure. First floor aluminium joinery blends seamlessly into the darker paneling with a high level of detail blending modern aluminium & stainless steel with warm native timber finishes. Energy efficiency has been a key focus for the Central Otago homeowners with the use of Low E Max double glazed glass ensuring the home is kept warm even in the harshest of West Coast weather.
