Queenstown Apartment

This project for Rilean Construction Queenstown entailed working with the architects and Rilean on not only the design aspect but also to make sure the project kept to the client’s budget.

With large openings to maximise views, it was decided to add mullions and vision rails to enable us to still keep within the residential spans, reducing costs. Silver Pearl Altherm joinery contrasts with the black cladding making a feature of the windows and doors. To create a point of difference at the entrance, wood grain entry doors were use.
