Sunrise Bay House

This family holiday home was completed in 2017 designed by Warren and Mahoney, it nestles into it’s lakeside location and gives uninterrupted views of Lake Wanaka and Mt Gold.

Cedar cladding and full height double glazing features throughout the four pavilions allowing the living spaces to be flooded with light and take in the stunning views.

Featuring five bedrooms, two living rooms and garaging for four cars this large home wraps around a sheltered internal courtyard. Full-height flush track sliders allow the owners to sit at the outdoor fireplace and look through the house to the views on the opposite side, while remaining sheltered and warm.
