Design Windows Central Otago have been supplying windows to GJ Gardner Homes Wanaka for over 10 years. This show home was designed by local architect Steve Hansen to show case what this company has to offer. This 2 storey, 4 bedroom home has all you could think of including a media room.

The exterior cladding of James Hardie Linea and Schist stone veneer contrast with the Matt Black Altherm Residential aluminium doors and windows. Immediately upon walking through the entry you are drawn to the large windows and doors that frame the views of Northlake. Large sliders maximise natural light and views of the surrounding vista as well as easily expanding the living space for a seamless indoor—outdoor flow. A large bi-fold window in the dining room opens that space up to the outdoors.
